- 3.Mix the ricotta with the egg, nutmeg, and half the Parmesan.
- 4.Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish, repeating twice more.
- 5.Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes until bubbly; let rest for 15 minutes before slicing so the layers hold together.
