Garlic Parmesan Rice

Ingredients

- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •3 tbsp butter
- •4 cups chicken broth
- •1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- •2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- •Salt to taste

Steps
- 1.Melt the butter in a pot over low heat and sauté the garlic gently until fragrant and golden, about 2 minutes - low heat is what keeps the garlic sweet instead of turning bitter.
