Mango Salsa Fish

- ā¢4 white fish fillets
- ā¢1 mango, diced
- ā¢1/4 red onion, diced
- ā¢1/2 jalapeƱo, minced
- ā¢2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ā¢1 lime, juiced
- ā¢2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ā¢Salt to taste

- 1.Combine the mango, red onion, jalapeƱo, cilantro, and half the lime juice in a bowl to make the salsa.
- 2.Season the fish with salt and the remaining lime juice, then cook in oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
