No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

• •1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• •4 tbsp melted butter
• •16 oz cream cheese, softened
• •1/2 cup sugar
• •1 tsp vanilla extract
• •1 tbsp lemon juice
• •1 cup whipped cream

Steps

1. 1.Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of small cups.
2. 2.Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice together until smooth - vanilla and lemon are what give the filling its real cheesecake tang.
3. 3.Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
4. 4.Spoon the mixture over the crusts and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
