Simple Fish Tacos

Ingredients

• •1 lb white fish fillets
• •1 tsp chili powder
• •1/2 tsp cumin
• •Salt to taste
• •8 small corn tortillas
• •2 cups shredded cabbage
• •1/3 cup mayonnaise
• •1 lime, juiced
• •2 tbsp vegetable oil

Steps

1. 1.Rub the fish with chili powder, cumin, and salt, then cook in oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until it flakes easily; break into chunks.
2. 2.Mix the cabbage with mayonnaise and lime juice to make a quick slaw.

4. 4.Fill each tortilla with fish and top with the slaw.
