White Pizza

Ingredients

• •1 pizza dough ball
• •1 cup ricotta cheese
• •2 cups shredded mozzarella
• •3 cloves garlic, minced
• •3 tbsp olive oil
• •Salt to taste
• •Pepper to taste

Steps

1. 1.Preheat oven to 475°F.
2. 2.Roll out the dough and brush with olive oil and garlic.
3. 3.Mix the ricotta with salt and pepper, then dollop it over the dough and top with mozzarella.
